Mother's Day Card

HappyMday1

Happy Tuesday everyone
Today I wanted to share with you one of the cards I made for Mother's Day this year. This one is going to my Mom-in-law.

The base of the card is made with Very Vanilla Cardstock (A2 size). I picked two patterns from the Afternoon Picnic DSP (retiring at the end of May) and put them together to make a layer of 4"x-5-1/4". For my sentiment I stamped out "Happy Mother's Day" from the My Mother stamp set and die cut it using the Deco Labels dies. Of course I needed to add some seam binding as well (have I mentioned I love seam binding? hehe).

Thanks for stopping by today.

  3. Very pretty card. I'll need to dust off my sewing machine this morning. You've given me inspiration for my mother-in-law. Tx <3 Kimberly
